Dr. Andrei Meglei's answer: Poor quality photo, just can see that the mole is symmetrical, with clear boundaries and the same color. Most likely there is nothing to worry about. I would recommend to take the next photo in 6 months and compare. If there are any visible changes, it's a reason to see a dermatologist for a personal examination with a dermoscope.
